Wilton has recently put out this great new cake pan. It is 4 mini pans that can be used all together of in pieces. The set include four X 1/4 none stick pans and Recipe booklet with five delicious ideas as well as instructions.
You can use one of the pans and make a pound cake that is small and has a 1/2 inch circle in the middle. With this pan you can put whipped cream in and add fruit. Some people buy the pound cake cups to put fruit in but you can make your own and guarantee freshness.
You can also put two pans together so that you can fill the middle with chocolate or even pudding. This is similar to the mold that is used to make the dessert called chocolate volcano.
These pans are very easy to clean and they are small enough to fit anywhere. I found these pans to be easy to use and there are tons of different desserts you can make by combining the different pans.
The other good thing about this mold is that you can make a personal cake for yourself of for someone else. When you want a cake but you do not want a very large cake this mold is perfect for you.
I would recommend these pans for people who love to cook and experiment with different recipes.
