How many of we cooks do not want to have a big mess after roasting in the oven? I know I do not like them. Looking for an easier method, my husband found these in the grocery store and brought them home for us to try out. These bags are terrific! All I had to do was put the meat and vegetables into the bag and walk away!
Your meat comes out moist each and every time you use these bags. I found them to be a tremendous help in preparing quick, delicious meals for my family with little time or preparation. They are convenient and easy to use. Another great feature is that they come in various sizes from turkey to small roast.
The bags are made of plastic nylon and can be used only up to 400 degrees. Each bag comes with it's own tie to wrap around it. I had to cut small holes in the bag for the steam to escape during cokking. I set the time and walked away till done. I found all cuts of meat to come out very well each time.
When the meal was finished roasting, I took it out and then just had to throw the roasting bag out. There was no more clean up needed. I have been satisfied every time I have used these bags. They are truly an asset to my cooking and I highly recommend them to all cooks!
