Household / Home Safety Products / Black and Decker hand crank flash light

review home crank image

My husband was always looking for a flashlight when we would lose power and half the time we would find one and the batteries would be dead. I saw the Black and Decker hand crank flashlight at Walmart while I was checking out the price was $9.99 so I figured I would give it a try.  It is orange with silver and has a black triangle button in the middle that turns it on and off.  It has two settings single bulb and 3 bulbs you just hit the silver button to change the settings.  It stays lit for a very long time with just a few cranks. It is very nice not having to worry about if the batteries are dead or not I keep it next to my bed in case we lose power so that I will know where it is.  The only drawback is if you are using it outdoors in the cold it does not stay lit for very long.
