We bought the Hamilton Beach Thress Speed Electric Hand Mixer awhile ago at Sears. It is all white. It is a very handy small appliance to have. The actual mixing tongs detach from the mixer very easily for cleaning. To use the mixer you just pop the mixing tongs in underneath the mixer and plug the mixer cord into the wall. The cord it average in size. You then turn on the mixer. It has three speeds, low, medium, and high. I usually start out on low and work my way up to high. I mainly use it for cake batter and it works very well on it. It can be used on whatever kind of batter you need mixed up. Just be sure to have a large mixing bowl to mix your product up in because the mixer works very powerfully and it sometimes can spray the mixure out of a small bowl.
