I have this under the counter model Black & Decker in my kitchen.  It sits under the cabinet and out of the way. I don't like to have alot of appliances cluttering up counter space in my kitchen.  This was easy to mount underneath the cabinet. I installed it with just a few screws.  I love the fact that it has a knife sharpener built in too. Great for keeping all my knives sharp and ready to use. No more searching for the sharpest knife, if my knife is dull just a few swipes and it is like new.  I can open any size cans from soup to large family sized cans. A great time saver feature I like is I can attach a can, turn it on and leave it opening by itself.  That gives me a moment to grab something else in the kitchen that needs to be done. When it's time to clean, I simply remove the blades and clean up is a breeze.  It has a bottle opener on the unit too, but I have never personally used it.  I would personally recommend this product.
