When we sold our last home in order to show it we had to rent a storage unit. We wanted something close to our house, and safe. My husband had used Lock N Key storage for business a few years back and recommended that we give them a try.
The staff both on the phone and in person were very pleasant. They answered all of our questions and explain the rules and regulations of renting with them. The only thing that I was not excited about was that you had to buy a little lock that only fits in lock n key storage units. I guess this is a pretty standard practice amoungst storage unit facilities.
they were also very easy to work with when we decided to close our storage unit. they didn't throw in any extra fees or charges or try to make us stay.
If you are looking for storage in Columbus Ohio I would definately recommend Lock N Key.
