I originally bought this calculator for high school AP Calculus, and was able to take advantage of its symbolic differential equations and indefinite integration capabilities to check my work. I went on to be a chemical engineering major and quickly discovered its capabilities extended far past that, and used it, for all intents and purposes, as a portable, barebones MATLAB. It does single vari...

"AT&T 8525: No, it's not an iPhone"
The AT&T 8525 (also known as the HTC Hermes, among others) is a PDA and phone, but oriented more to the former than latter. First, voice quality is excellent. My first calls on it all had people commenting on the clarity before I even mentioned my new toy. "Unicomp Customizer 101 Key"
If there's such a thing as a cult-favorite keyboard, the IBM Model M is it. What made the Model M special is its clicky keys that gave definite audible and tactile feedback when pressed. The Unicomp keyboards use the same keyswitch technology - as a previous Model M owner, it's indistinguishable from the classic. The tactile feedback decreases typo rate and lets one type faster, or in th...

Overall Rating:
If you've used a Dremel before, you know it's a great, handy, reliable tool for small household work. Unfortunately, the 400 line is only two of those things: after only moderate use, my motor died. This has not been an uncommon complaint with the latest Dremels, as people on Dremel's official forum loudly proclaim.I had only put in around 5 hours cutting mostly particle board and P...
