Slimquick Mixed Berry packet

Slimquick has a new product for aided weightloss - flavored packets you add to a bottle of water.

This is a little easier and tastier than taking pills multuiple times a day.  With this, you just add a packet of the Slimquick powder into a 16.9 oz bottle of water, shake until it is dissolved, and enjoy!  You can do one to two servergs of this twice a day per the instructions (for a maximum of 4 packets / bottles of water a day).

I was a little skeptical of how a  powdered mix added to water would work, but I have been pleasantly surprised.

First, the taste is great!  Sweet and delicious - I did not mind drinking this at all.  There was a slightly bitter taste at the end of the bottle (the last few sips) I thought, but it was ot enough to defer me from making another bottle a few hours later.

It gave me a good energy burst within about 20 minutes, and it curbed my hunger.  I was able to bypass my normal snacking between meals.

When I took 2 packets back to back, however, I was a little jittery.  Spacing the packets out to about 2 hours between each (when taking 4 a day) seemed to help that.

I have only been taking this for about 2 weeks with a low carb diet and daily exercise, and have lost 3 pounds.  This is not a magic drink, of course, but it can help you to cut back on your snacking, and gives you a great no calorie, very tasty drink to keep you energized and focused on your weight loss goals!
