Acoustic Guitar by Yamaha- Sweat Action

Share and Enjoy:
The Yamaha Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar, has a solid spruce top, rosewook bridge and diecast tuners. It has a natural finish to it and plays great.

I have a couple of other acoustics, that cost a lot more than this Yamaha; yet, it is this one I pick at and play the most. I like the action in this Dreadnought. It does not fall out of tune on me when I play and sounds better than my higher end acoustic, that everyone wants to touch; but I don't let them.

I have light gauge strings on this Yamaha, so my oldest son's fingers aren't breaking, when trying to form chords. Once Brian gets the concept of power chords, he will really begin to want his own.

I like the sound of a good acoustic guitar, when I am not playing in the band. Just kicking back and strumming in the late evening, all those old tunes my dad taught me, so many years ago.

Once in awhile, dad comes over and we play some old favorites. Nothing like acoustic guitars to bridge a few generations of a family together.

My dad likes this Yamaha Dreadnought. He was dropping a few hints last month, what he might want for his up and coming Birthday. We will have to see about that.

Honestly, for the price, check out Yamaha acoustics. They may not be a "Martin", but I swear, you would be put to a task, trying to tell the sound difference.

  1. Sometimes brand isn't all that matters. I've heard people playing the Yahama acoustic and it sounded great. Not to mention it's a wonderful guitar for beginner's and pros alike to sit back and relax with.
