You can bust a move too!

Share and Enjoy:

If you're a break dancing fan then this movie is for you. The cover alone is enough just get you you to buy it. It has a picture of a b-boy doing a one-handed leg-bent move and all of the other dancers looking on in amazement. This was a perfect shot and really let's the buyer know what to expect as far as dancing goes in this movie.

If you are going to watch this movie because Omarion and Marques Houston are Oscar worthy actors - think again. But, if you think they can dance and can hold their own in a dance competition, then press Play on your DVD player right NOW! What this movie lacks in storyline and acting it more than makes up for it in the dancing segments.

This movie opens up in the heat of a dancing battle with a killer track by none other than Fat Man Scoob (I can't stop saying, "Breathe in, Breathe out") when I saw Omarion do a back flip right in the face of the opposing crew I had a new respect for him as an entertainer. This movie will have you fast forwarding it to the next battle as the casting for the dancers for this movie was off da chain - even the losing crews had awesome, acrobatic dancers!  You will be pausing and rewinding because you won't believe that you saw a crazy choreography done by the dancers. All I have to say is watching the Big Bounce dance tournament in LA was wicked!

This movie has inspired my family to attempt to learn the dance moves performed. When I wake up on a Saturday morning to the sound of 'Breathe in, Breathe out' I know my kids are having fun trying to learn how to dance. That gets an A+ in my book!

  3. I like your line where you say what the movie lacks in story line, it makes up for in dancing. Break dancing brings back some memories, I am so out of touch that I had no idea it was still popular today.
