Life Gear Life Light Crank Powered Led Lantern
I grabbed this light to have as a backup for the house. Here in Michigan our power goes out often. I never seem to find batteries or have anything ready for the just in case. Having this light on hand would help.
Having a power outages, I was able to use this light. All you have to do is crank the handle around a few times and you have light and a radio. This was a plus. I was able to use this light and located other flash lights along with batteries for them. Along with that I had a radio so I could listen to the weather in case we needed to take cover from anything and to get a better idea of when the storm would stop.
On top of all that, do a few more cranks and we could charge our cell phones some. This worked out nice as we didn't have a house phone. So having a charged cell phone during a power outage was nice. There is an emergency flasher also, we didn't need to use this feature, but its nice to know its there.
