Heroes Season 1

Heroes right now is in its sophomore season, but its debut season has made the most impact. I usually enjoy writing my own quick synopsis for DVD reviews, but I don't think I can make it brief this time due to the number of characters and story lines that seem somewhat incoherently placed in the main plot. But they do all eventually connect to the main story line towards the end for a mind-blowing cliffhanger.

The visual and audio quality, especially the video resolution, is amazingly great because it is High Definition DVD. It just is not the same as watching a regular DVD. If you have a good stereo system, Heroes season one will leave your jaw hanging with its excellent quality in both video and audio. 

I have checked out most of the extra features and I am pretty impressed by them. It offers deleted scenes, information on characters, background, artwork, and also many commentaries. I am not generally into extras so I do not have all that much to say, but the DVD is worth the money, even if its for the video quality only because it is so visually pleasing.
