I bought this after watching the infomercial and seeing Brooke Burke's body. I figure if she can look that good after children so can I. I still do not look like her nor am I close to it. This exercise program is quite boring after a while. The music is not catchy nor did I break a SWEAT. I was not even breathing hard and I never exercise. The routine is very basic and you only get one. You get an instructional routine showing how the ball can work various muscle groups but I still did not SWEAT. In this program you receive the introductory kit which has the two routines, the fitness ball, a pump, and an exercise guide/program. You then can opt to receive additional routines for I think an additional $19.95 per routine but I elected to stop after the introductory because it just was not fun. My mom did say the ball was great for her back when she does crunches so I gave her the fitness ball. I personally was not impressed with this fitness program.
