Lilo & Stitch on dvd

Ok this is a great film.  I've never been to Hawaii but it was everything I image from this movie.  This movie was all hand colored and drawn.  I actually used to work at the Disney Store in our local mall and worked there when this movie came out.  I did not want to see it.  It felt like Stitch, a main character in this movie, was making fun of all my favorite and classics like Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast.  My husband took me to the movie and I fell in love with it!  He was definitely right and I was totally wrong about it!!!

This movie is about an alien who is on the run and ends up in Hawaii.  The man who created the alien experiment goes to Hawaii to try and catch this alien.  The alien wound up in the pound and Lilo and her sister are there to adopt a dog.  Lilo choosees Stitch and off the movie goes.  He creates so many problems and causes so much trouble.  The movie is funny and adorable and reminds you that family is so important, but you don't have to have a traditional one for it to be a true family.
