Practical Magic on dvd

This is a great movie with magic and a little bit of romance.  It is a movie that is girly and more recommended for girls than boys.  Unless of course the boys like these type of movies!

This movie stars Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman.  They are sisters and grew up with their aunts because their mother died of a broken heart.  It's well known in their family that every man they love ends up dying.  So Sandra didn't want that to happen to her so when she was a young girl she made a spell and sort of created a man that couldn't possibly exist.  I did forget to mention that they are all real true blue witches. 

Sandra does find love with a simple man from town.  They get married, fall in love and have two daughters.  She stops her magic and trys to be as normal as possible, but then just as every other woman before her, he dies.

Nicole Kidman is sort of a loose girl.  She is good with the men and doesn't keep one for long.  She runs off when she is probably an older teen and travels around and sends postcards when she has moved on with life and also with the man she was with.  Then she started seeing this man that she would have to drug so that she could get some sleep.  The aunts and sister, Sandra, were all worried about her and that is when problems occur....

Ok, this is a dvd and it's awesome.  I've already told you why, but as to the extras on the dvd.  I have no idea.  I haven't ever messed with the extras, but I can tell you what the box says...interactive cauldron game, behind the scenes documentaries and auto dommentary from the the producer and Sandra Bullock.  There's also notes and you can choose English or French for subtitles.  I don't write about the extras usually because I don't pay attention to them and prefer to write about what I know.
