80gb video ipod 'Classic'
ok, i have several different ipods, the original, the 3rd gen 5th gen, and now this one. one of the best things about this model is that it holds an outrageous ammount of storage. its insane how much it holds, its 80gb and the size is almost as small as a dec of cards. it also comes in 160gb which is out of this world. it holds lots of music and videos and i use it also for external storage. hook it to an Mac and use it as a USB portable drive. another thing is that the battery life is awesome! you couldnt ask for anything better. its an estimated life os 22hours music play back and 5 hours video play back!
one of the most confusing parts of this ipod is the software interface. im so used to the other ipods that using this new ipod got me a bit confused. it splits the screen in half showing the playlist on the left and the music information on the right. i personally do not like this feature and i think its kind of tacky. the touch sensastive wheel scroll has been a part of the ipod colletion for a while, but one thing that it is lacking is the lighted keys...that is just like the 3rd generation ipod where you can see what you are clicking. also, the ipods come with horrible ear plugs...aka the apple signature white pieces of junk that fall out of your ear. i suggest buying other earplugs with this purchase.
