Billy Blanks Tae Bo Boot Camp DVD

If you are looking to get into shape in the comfort of your own home, you have to buy this boot camp program on DVD. Billy Blanks is such a wonderful instructor and motivator. This set comes with the boot camp total body work out, the "Billy Bands" which are weight resistance workout bands that give you an incredible workout, and Ab bootcamp which works your abs like crazy. My husband and I have both done these workouts and can't believe how hard you work, how wonderful the workout is, and how great the results are as well. The regular Tae Bo workouts are fun and a great workout so when we saw this we wanted to give it a try. Billy definitely takes it to a higher level in this DVD series and the Billy Band resistant bands are incredible at working your arms and upper body as well as your legs during the kick exercises. I highly recommend this workout program, you will get great results!
