The Perfect Thermometer for the Holidays
Many Americans face the dilemma of their turkey being underdone or overdone. This is something my girlfriend and I have dealt with over the past few holidays. Finally, we decided to start using a digital thermometer to make sure the turkey was perfectly cooked.
The CDN Digital Probe Thermometer is so easy to use. I love the fact that all I have to do is insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat and then put the meat into the oven. The probe is connected to a small unit that attaches to your stove.
As your food bakes, you can watch the temperature go up. I love this feature because it gives us an idea of when to start side dishes so that they can be done when the meat is.
When the meat reaches the desired temperature, an alarm will sound telling you it’s time to take the meat out of the oven. It’s important to leave the probe inserted or you could lose a lot of juice from the hole that the probe made.
This product is a must for holiday meals, but you can also use it to check the temperature of oil for deep frying. You can even use the CDN Digital Probe Thermometer when making candy.
