Mega kelp
I take these kelp supplements as my cousin told me how they work wonders for her. They make your hair grow faster. These tablets are meant to be taken 3 times a day with food, but I usually forget and take them only twice a day. I don't think this is a problem, it will just lessen the hair growth effects. Actually, since I have been taking them, I have noticed a difference, mainly in my eyebrows. My hairs grow so much faster that I have to wax twice as often as I used to. So I take that change in my eyebrows to be happening on my head as well. I haven't really noticed the results in my hair, because I don't measure it daily. However, I have noticed that it is growing in shinier and straighter.
As an added bonus, sea kelp contains a lot of vitamins, like vitamin A, B12, C, E, and a whole slew of minerals. And that makes my day easier, as I don't have to take a multivitamin as well.
