Just the right fit

Share and Enjoy:

Living in the frigid tundra of northern Canada it is a must to own a good pair of winter gloves. My father bought me a pair of Wind River gloves and from my initial impression I was not overly impressed. While the gloves to keep my hands warm and are very water resistance they are not very breathable, which cause my hand to sweat profusely when I wear them. Even just walking to school my hands sweat an extraordinary amount and while they are warm, they get ever damp after a while. Although there is a vent near the wrist of the glove I do not find it useful in circulating air up around my finger tips. On the plus side they do have wrist straps which allow me to tighten the gloves very easily and they are one of the warmest pairs of gloves I have ever warm. If you are looking for a pair of gloves to keep you nice and warm I suggest buying these, as long as you don’t mind you hands getting sweaty and damp every time you put them on.

  1. Very good to know. I HATE gloves that are wet from the inside. I think I'll skip trying these!

  2. Warm hands are good, sweaty hands are gross! Too bad these didn't work out for you.
