Waitress- Heartwarming movie
When I picked up the “Waitress” DVD, I thought I was going to get a comedy type of movie. Well, I did, but I didn’t. Keri Russell’s character is in an AWFUL marriage, and to top it off the poor thing finds out she is pregnant. The whole time she is pregnant she is mad at herself, and she begins plotting to leave her tyrant of a husband. Her cute OBGYN peaks her interest a bit, and then all the craziness ensues. The characters are quirky, and frankly if the characters weren’t so peculiar then this movie it would be boring. I am not going to spoil the ending for you, but I do think the ending is really nice. Not what you expect, but still nice. This movie would be great to invite your girlfriends over to watch, but maybe not so great for a date night.
