Give Something Back
I have been buying products from Give Something Back for a long time. Recently, we decided to try their printing department for our printing needs, with the promise that they will beat any competitor, or will at least try their best to match the price.
What an ordeal. The customer service is nice, but their prices are very exorbitant. They cater to the larger companies, and since our company is on the smaller side, their printing prices were way too much. We paid top dollar for our dies, and once we decided to take our busniess elsewhere, they took over 2 months to send us back our dies. They also changed our logo and fonts, since they said they "Did not have them in their computer." We have since found a much better and economical company to go through.
