Express Burn - perfect case of getting too ahead

Share and Enjoy:

When I came upon a sentence that read, "fastest burning program available", I didn't hesitate to give this a try, considering that the regular edition was (still is) free of charge (only with CDs, however). Now, to get straight to the point, I think the reason why that's that is because of how much of a "rush" the program may be concerning the writing of discs - trying to convince the user that it does outdo the competition after under a minute of burning, only to find themselves with yet another reusable disc, or even worse, a corrupted one.

First impressions are important as to these kind of programs considering that I use other ones (which go into account in giving me reasons to switch over), and impress it did not given that it simply wasted four discs after giving me what seemed numerous error messages concerning the status of the discs being written on. Normal settings and whatnot; same result. Heck, I started to think that this was a program that, instead of doing what it claims, does the complete opposite of that - that of course being writing to discs, just not as desired (corruption in other words). It looks fairly decent, but that's to be disregarded since all the average user is looking to do is simply get to the task of burning discs, and finishing it, successfully.

It's simple alright, but unlike other "simple" programs that are that but effective at the same time, the "simple", in this case, gets dragged into being an utter waste of junk and time.
