Ever After: A Cinderella Story
Ever After: A Cinderella Story is one of my favorite movies. Starring Drew Barrymore, Ever After is a live remake of the classic Cinderella story. I thought the movie was really well done. Drew Barrymore and Angelica Houston especially were simply spectacular in their role as Cinderella and the step mother. The whole casting, backdrop, storyline, etc… was just perfect to match the Cinderella fairy tale. I think, in fact, that it is better than the cartoon. You won't find any singing in this fairy tale, just a lot of humor and drama and a great story. It's a long movie, a full two hours, but every minute is worth it. The DVD itself doesn't have many any extras on it. Still, if you haven't seen this movie it is definitely worth watching and buying!
