AAA Auto Insurance

I signed up for AAA car insurance back in November, and can't wait to switch! The salesman told me that I would be saving TONS of money by switching to them. He took down all my information, and said that if I paid every month automatically by having them take the money out of my account, that I could save 5 dollars. He didn't tell me that I would have to pay 7 dollars a month to be ABLE to pay my bill online every month! I was paying THEM to pay my bill. After my down payment, they started taking two payments out every month! I was infuriated! I called my insurance agent numerous times with NO response. I finally had to call AAA's customer service and get to a supervisor who said they'd send out a check. I still haven't recieved a check, and it's been over a month. I am cancelling my AAA insurance as soon as possible.
