Blackberry Pearl 8130 (Verizon)

The Blackberry Pearl 8130 from Verizon is the newest of Verizons phones for the holiday season of 2007. The Pearl came out days before the LG Voyager and the LG Venus. Personally I've owned the Pearl since release and I find that it is an excellent product. The keyboard and screen are a perfect fit for the unit. The design of the phone is top notch. It is not only comfortable to hold but it looks stylish and it fits perfectly in your pocket. The only downside I really encountered was the battery life. Its on par with every other smart phone out there but it's just a shame still that it doesn't last as long as other handhelds. If you don't mind shelling out the extra 30 dollars a month on top of your existing verizon bill, the Pearl is a great phone for both business users as well as the tech junkie looking for something more than your average handset.
