HERBALIFE CORE COMPLEX
This product my husband and I both take. Because I am concerned about our heart health. This claims to reduce cholesterol but I have not had that checked since I have started taking them. This contains plant sterols which have been shown to reduce LDL and total cholesterol. I do feel better since I have started taking them which has been about a year now. It contains 100% pure Neptune krill oil, Omega-3 fatty acids, plant steros, and antioxdiants.
You take one packett a day and there is 30 packettes. Which the downfall for this is with both me and my husband taking these we have to spend the extra money and buy each of us a box. But even though they are expensive I feel that it is a great product.
If you are looking fo something that is all natural and good for your health you should give these a try.
