If you do any kind of exercise while laying on the floor, I suggest the harbinger exercise mat. It really helps with yoga because the floor can get uncomfortable. The mat is in 3 sections that are all attached together so you can fold it up and put it under the bed for storage. It's a very thick, sturdy mat, but it's soft enough so it won't hurt your back. I unfold it and do my 8 min abs on it. My back gets sore easily and this mat really helps during my exercise. The mat is black and has the harbinger logo on it in gold ink. There are attached handles so it's easy to pick up and move around. It's about 4.5 feet long and 2 feet wide. Plenty of room so you're not falling off the side. It's very well made. It hasn't cracked or split at all. I love this mat!
