Chromium Picolinate 500
After I had my daughter, I did extensive research on ways to lose weight. I was exercising, but wanted an extra boost. While researching, I stumbled upon Chromium Picolinate. Chromium plays a vital role in glucose utilization and is required for the release of energy from glucose. I read where many people said that it helped them lose weight when they were also exercising. Many of the weight loss supplements had it in them. I decided to pick up a bottle of 90 tablets. You only have to take one per day so this is a 3 month supply! I got it at GNC for only $8. I take one per day with a meal and I believe that it has helped me lose some weight. The particular bottle that I bought has tablets that are time released, which is a nice feature. Each tablet is 500mcg. Easy to swallow. It's now become part of my daily habit to take one.
