I have been a member of Navy Federal Credit Union for as long as I can remember (well over 20 years).  Whenever I am looking to purchase a car or home I always check out their loan rates, which are almost always lower than anyone else except maybe USAA.  Over the years, I have had bank acccounts with too many banks to count and I have to say, Navy Federal has the best customer service by far.  Whenever I call they are always happy to assist me in any way that they can.  And unlike banks that charge YOU for checking accounts, Navy Federal gives interest!...Although my checking account has been closed for over 10 years d/t lack of accessibility, I still have my savings there and wouldn't change banks with it for the world.  I would keep all my accounts there if it were not for the fact that the nearest bank is slightly over an hour away:0(.

  1. I also belong to NFCU for 20 years. They have been the best financial institution for me. Love 'em.
