I love the Walk Away the Pounds dvd's by Leslie Sansone. They are a great no-excuse method of working out. You don't need to bundle up and go outside in the rain or snow or hop in the car to walk at the mall...you can walk in the comfort of your own home.
You may wonder exactly how much of a work out walking can be, but you would be surprised. It's a super great way to work up a sweat and my muscles are tired by the time I'm done.
I haven't made my way up to the 4 mile dvd, but love the other ones.

2. 45 minute 3 Fast Miles dvd
3. 50 minute 4 Fast Miles dvd
