Avis Car Rental - Great for Business
I do all the travel booking for our office. I have tried many car rentals and for business purposes I can't find anyone who can beat Avis. I will admit sometimes they are a little more expensive than some of the others but the service they provide our guys can't be beat. I really like it because they make my job easier. I can set up profiles for all the guys that travel and don't have to keep entering all the information in every time I book a car. I can set up what perfernces each one likes and then I don't have to worry about it. There sight is pretty easy to use, my only complaint is that if you try to go back, it resets the dates that you put in back to todays date. I have missed that a few times but it is really easy to correct.
There customer service is fantastic, we have had no problems getting credits for things, chaning reservations or cancelling as a matter of fact most of that can be done right online. They give you a free car rental day for every fifteen days you rent a car. Not fantastic but nice anyway.
What the guys love most is that when they get into the airport, the bus picks them up and drops them right off at there car, and if its winter the car is running and warmed up. Boy these guys are spoiled!!!
