The Grinch Who Stole Christmas DVD

This is one of a few holiday DVDs that I watched as a child. It was a tradition every year that we would watch "The Grinch Who Stole Chrismtas" around the holiday season.  I remember having my mom tape this off of the T.V. so that I could watch it whenever I wanted to!

This is one of those classic holiday DVDs that is a must have for everyone! The Grinch lives at the top of the mountain in Who-Ville.  He is completely sickened by hearing the sounds of the Whos singing and preparing for the Christmas festivities.  The Grinch decides that he is going to take action to put a stop to the celebrations.

He rounds up his dog, Max, and ties him to a sleigh and even ties antlers to the poor dog's head! The Grinch goes to every home in Who-Ville and steals everything that has to do with Christmas, whether it be the food for the meal, the gifts, or even the decorations!

Come Christmas Day, the Grinch expects to hear the Whos upset; however, he sees them join hands and begin to sing.  At that point, his heart grows 10 times the normal size.  The Grinch realizes that Christmas does not mean gifts or decorations, it is a feeling within the heart.  He returns all of the items that he stole, and even sits down to Christmas dinner with the Whos.

This movie gets watched a lot in my home.  Even my 18 month old son loves it!
