Spin & Slim Express
We bought a spinning bike last year and the sales person advised us that there was no DVD that came with the bike that showed how to use it. Not wanting to bring an expensive bike home and have it turn into a clothes hangar, we decided to purchase the Johnny G Spinning Spin & Slim Express DVD. The sales person told us it was a great DVD for an introduction to spinning.
The full DVD runs for about 48 minutes. There are 3 menu options to select from:
Bike Setup:
This part of the DVD is great because it goes over each part of the bike. Even though a Jonny G bike was used, were still able to familiarize ourselves with the parts for our Schwinn spinner bike.
Workout:
The 30 minute workout is hosted by Mike Michels who is a Master Instructor for the Johnny G Spinning program. He is very motivating and is able to guide you through the laps regardless of your skill level. The music is okay with decent songs likie "Call Me' and "You Really Got Me". I've been doing this workout for a while now and I've noticed a reduction in my thighs and toned legs and buttocks.
Bike Assembly:
Will actually show you how to assemble your Johnny G spinner bike - unfortunately we purchased a Schwinn spinner bike ♠so this was of no use to us.
All in all this is a great DVD for those who are new to spinning and don't know where to start. Once you get going with this DVD on the road to spinning, there will be no stopping you!
