Pros:
Adjustable- This model of bench is an adjustable incline/decline with a removable leg curl/leg extension attachment. The bench back can adjust to many locked angles, from flat to sitting upright. The decline position is not locked, but it does not move out of position once placed all the way down. The leg curl/ leg extension piece can also be adjusted in height and length. It can also be locked into a fixed position for body support when doing other exercises.
Structure- This bench is made of a heavy duty metal frame and thick padding covered in vinyl. It is very sturdy and supports a lot of weight. The vinyl is very soft and smooth, which makes it easy to clean.
The bench has handle on the underside of the back piece and sides of the seat piece. These are for support while doing the leg exercises, but they are helpful for other exercises where you need to stabilize your upper body.
It has rollers on one end, which makes it really easy to move around. It's a heavy duty bench, but it's not too heavy that it would be hard to move.
Cons:
Adjuster- The knob that you need to pull to adjust the bench is a bit stiff. It can be a little hard to pull out, especially when you are getting tired.
Removable piece- The removable leg curl/leg extension is a little hard to put in. It's a little heavy, but not too bad. The problem is that the square insert is made to fit snug. It can be a little tricky to line up, especially when you are tired.
Weight benches sure have come a long way. This one looks pretty good. I like the positioning for different lifts/workouts. Thanks.
