Muscle Milk: Cookies N' Cream
Having tried many brands of suppliments, i have found this brand and flavor to be the best. The price is reasonable and it's easy to find at most stores.
Most suppliments when you mix them, tend to have some chunk left in them. This mixes fairly well, but still tends to clump towards the bottom. I use a blender and there is usually some left towards the bottom. I mix with Skim milk which is a little better than water and is still low fat.
The taste is near to a actual shake, where some other brands tend to taste like chalk mixed with dirt! As for how well the products work, the protein content is high and i like it.
There are a few sizes and this is for the mid sized tub, the larger tubs are around $39.99 or so and will obviously last you longer if you use it once per day. The tub i have usually lasts just over a month and works for most active people.

My husband is fond of the vanilla flavor - says it tastes like ice cream. I'll have to tell him you recommended this one!

Yum yum!!! I'm not good at keeping up with these but if mine tasted like cookies & cream, I would be more apt to drinking this daily!!!!
Sounds good, but I am sure it still has that funny vitamin taste.
I have tried some of the protein supplements. I havent tried or seen this one before. I really like cookies and cream so maybe I should try this one.
I am definitely going to pass this information on to my husband. He's been looking for a good tasting protein supplement with a high protein content.
