Foot Soak / Foot Lotion

This is my favorite self pampering product for my feet.  I first used Montagne Jeunesse foot products in Hawaii.  These are sold in most stores next to the body lotions. 

The bright and cute package caught my eye!  One package consists of two products.  The package is shaped like two feet.  On one foot side is the Foot Soak and on the other foot side is the Foot Lotion. 

I prefer the Pink Grapefruit/Mint Foot Soak with the Spearmint Foot Lotion package.  These are a great relaxing treat for my feet.  I spend almost the entire day on my feet at work.  We own a restaurant and some days I swear we never sit down.  My feet are throbbing by the end of the work day.

To use the Foot Soak, you need to pour some warm water into a foot bath or a container large enough for both feet at the same time.  The Foot Soak is very fragrant and silky.  Make sure the water is warm, it will feel soothing.  As the water starts to chill, after maybe 15 minutes, take your feet out and dry them off.

The next step is to open the other side of the package that contains the Foot Lotion.  This is a spearmint lotion that is very cooling to your skin.  Make sure you apply pently of this thick lotion to cover your entire feet.  While you are applying, give yourself a foot massage. An even better idea would be to have your spouse do this part for you!  Don't forget to get an extra package for treating them too!

I love this product because it relaxes me after a long day.  It doesn't cost very much either.  I think you should check out this product line next time you go shopping.  Montagne Jeunesse has many other spa treatments for the whole body too.
