Recently, I went shopping in the mall and stopped at the Sears store. There were sales in almost every department. I've shopped at Sears many times, so I knew they had great sales.
While browsing the women's wear department, I noticed a rack of sweaters on sale. After looking through several different colors, styles and sizes, I spotted this beautiful red Covington sweater with small black stripes. I just had to try it on and it was perfect!
Covington makes good quality products, so I knew the sweater was well made. It's trimmed with ribbed knit around the neckline, cuffs and along the bottom of the sweater. The fabric is 78% rayon and 22% nylon. It's so soft and feels luxurious! At $38.00 it would have been a bargain, however it was marked to $9.99. Of course, I had to buy it!
Although, winter is over, I look forward to wearing this sweater next winter, especially around the holiday season. On cold bitter days, I'll be warm and toasty!

I like shopping sales for the next season even though you have to store it for a while. The great deals you can find more than make up for it. Looks like a beautiful sweater, thanks for the picture!
What a pretty color. I love red and you got an awesome price.
Ooh! Froggy just loves reading about great buys!! This one is definitely a winner. I have a few Covington pieces and I love their easy fit and durability. Sears always has really great sales on things. Especially Lands End.
You surely had to buy it at that price. You will feel so warm next winter.
A great classic look in a sweater. I have a blue/gray one and I think I could live in it!
