Be Worry Free With Westfield
I currently have two homes insured with Westfield insurance and could not be happier.
I had the hardest time finding insurance for my rental property in Cleveland and after a LOT of calling around and practically begging some agents I found a representative from Westfield who was more then happy to cover my house. They were willing to cover my rental for $60 per month. This is a great deal compared to some of the other quotes which ranged anywhere from $100 to $150.
As they were so easy to work with and their policy was so fair I decided to switch my primary residence with Westfield. They rates for a home that you live in are even more reasonable then the rental property.
I have not had any claims, knock on wood, for either of my homes. I am very confident that if an issue arose they would take care of me without question.

Hopefully you won't have any claims to put them to the test but at least you feel confident in them if you ever needed to. :o) Do you get a discount for having two different homes on there? I know mine has offered me discounts if I have my renter's insurance and car insurance together.
It is always a great feeling to find a company, of any kind, with great customer service. A very rare thing indeed these days.
It's getting so insurers are more and more reluctant to cover anything that they perceive as higher than average risk. Glad you found someone that would work with you.

Rental properties are so iffy sometimes. I work with someone that rents out several homes and he is always complaining about tenants and some of the damage he has had to fix. Insurance companies know that this is not your own home and renters do some strange stuff!! Glad you found a company you are happy with and good luck!
