The Cap Weight bench is a simple, flat weight bench for use with home exercise equipment like free weights. The bench was purchased a few years back and has gotten quite a bit of use out of it from myself.
I can admit to one very evident thing with the bench...it is simple. There is no incline, no extra to it-it is just a flat bench with padding in four legs. It does not have attachments for leg exercises or any frills to it. But it is perfect for me. That is probably its only weakness.
Now as far as strengths go, this bench is everything I need for my free weights. I can lay on my back and work chest/biceps/triceps/shoulders with no problem. I can lay on my stomach and work on my mid-back muscles and lower back muscles. Also, you can lay on your back and work abs/core strength. If you know a variety of exercises, it is quite easy to use.
I recommend this to anyone out there looking for a simple, effective way to get the most out of your free weights IF you already have an extensive knowledge of exercises an technique.

Plain and simple... You get the basics and you get to keep your money. In the end it's about doing the exercises no matter how much the equipment cost, eh?
This would be a great starter piece of equipment for the home gym. I think it being simple makes it versitile. Great price too!
My husband lifts weights. This sounds very simple and I like the price! :) I'll have to keep it in mind!
It sounds like a very simple yet useful product. Sometimes you don't need all the frills for a good product. It is very reasonable priced too! Now if only we lifted weights and had a need for this
Sounds like it does what it needs to do and is a great price. My friend is looking for a simple work bench for her son I will have to recommend it!
Definitely looks to be economical and services it's purpose too :0)
I like when it is simple. Less things that can go wrong. Sounds like a decent product.
