BIC Z4 Needle Point Roller
I purchased a 4 pack of the BIC Z4 Needle Point Roller precision writing pens on clearance from Staples for $0.99. I think I got a great deal!
The Z4 Needle Point Roller pens have an extra fine 0.5mm tip, a rubber grip and a visible ink supply. The 4 pack I purchased came in four colours: Black, Red, Green and Blue. I have found that the pen writes smoothly and glides across the page.
The only downside to the Z4 Needle Point Roller is that it's ultra fine tip is ultra sharp! Do not write on your lap if you press hard while writing because you could accidentally stab yourself with this pen. I also do not let the kids use them for this same reason as well.
I tend to purchase more medium tip pens than fine tip. However, the Z4 is a decent alternative.
