Got to love the dollar stores. I think it's great that we can find beautiful things to give to friends and family and not break the bank. I agree that this a great store.

We live in the country and Dollar General is the closest store to my house. I have been in there a few times but have never thought to go there for cards. Thanks for letting me know and I will have to check them out. They are way less than picking them up at the grocery store.

These look like lovely cards. I always try to get my cards at a dollar store too...there is usually a good variety and sometimes they have very unique beautiful cards like these!

I, too, do not understand why cards have to be so expensive. This one stands out at only $1, and it seems to be a good quality card.

I love to buy cards and give cards, but with the prices of cards now it really makes it impossible to give as much as we want sometimes. This card like it of great quality for the price, thanks for sharing.

I just spent $14 on Mother's day cards at Hallmark, and that was with a $5 off coupon! Guess next time I should check out the dollar store!

You are absolutely right...i can't believe the prices some of these stores charge for greeting cards...it's outrageous. If you do your homework & shop at stores like these, you can find some great deals and while not everything these stores sell is quality, for something like this that after a while will end up in a trash can somewhere, it's a great value.

That looked like a really pretty card. I shop there a lot too but I usually don't buy cards. I don't like getting cards either, I'm just kind of funny about things like that. Although that was a good price for a card!
