When I began swimming, I had a big problem with getting water in my ears. Even though I sometimes wore ear plugs, water still occasionally found its way into my ear canal. I have a terrible time getting water out of my ear, and would usually end up with a sloshing sound in my head for hours until it finally dribbled out.
I found Swim-EAR soon after one particularly long episode with water in my ear. It is a drop that contains mostly alcohol, which dries up the water when it is used. Swim-EAR is so effective, that I simply have to put a drop or two in each ear and after hearing a little pop, the water is gone. It works immediately.
This is not a medication and there are no steroids or addictive products in Swim-EAR and it is safe for the entire family to use. I think using Swim-EAR can potentially save a lot of trips to the doctor with swimmer's ear. I can't say enough good things about this product and highly recommend that you add a bottle to your medicine cabinet if you enjoy spending time in the water at all.
This stuff sounds great! I'm definitely going to check it out, since my kids and I spend all summer in our pool!
This stuff is great Frogdoc. I agree it saves us lots of ER trips for swimmers ear or acute infection. Children tolerate it well cause there is no burning, stinging or pain, and it works fast:)
I am going to pick some of this up for summer time. My kids always get water in their ears and it sometimes causes infection. Thanks for the info!
This does sound like a great product that could certainly be beneficial to people who spend a lot of time in the water. Thanks so much for sharing this valuable information.
