I would rather be organized with something else

Ok so I went from the Hybrid nextel to the blackberry, I really wanted some way to be organized (yes i am a freak about it) other than having to carry a calendar, cell phone and a to do book with me. Anyhow I figured that this would be the perfect phone for me since it had everything available (or so I thought) and my boyfriend has issued nextel cell phones with the Sheriffs Office and so he wanted me to keep a direct connect phone. So I ordered this phone for 150.00 and hated it from the second it arrived. It was so darn confusing how to work it and too big and if you dropped this thing on the floor or concrete I just knew it was gona bust. It was so lighweight which I feared it was very poorly made. I went to nextel to "swap" my phone numbers over from my old phone and they could only do phone numbers, they were not able to swap any nextel numbers, I thought how stupid is that, now I have to put them all in myself. So the representative at the store proceeds to tell me that the blackberry was a poor choice of phone and that the phone is about 5 years old which means...yes you guess it, so is the software so a lot of the options that I changed my plan to get was not even available on this phone! I was highly irritated, I wouldnt recommend this phone to anyone! Needless to say I returned this phone and got a sprint one that I am just in love with and I will be doing a review on it shortly!

I have seen this phone before. My friend let me try it out and I didn't really care for it all that much either. I am glad that you found a phone that you are happy with!

This seems to happen alot with the bigger cell phone carriers. They often offer outdated or less desirable models to their customers. I think we as customers can do alot to change these things.

Thanks for the info on this. I too like the idea of not having to carry a calendar, cell phone and a to do book with me too. But I guess not with this model.
