Aveda Control Paste - gentle hold
I love it when I'm at the salon and my stylist works her magic making my average head of hair look like a king's -- or at least feel that way. When she finishes she delicately adds Aveda Control Paste to shape and maintain the look. The finishing paste with organic flax seed leaves my hair pliable and natural looking. It is not stiff and overly shiny.
A dime-sized amount is all that is required to provide the gentle hold. Just roll in your fingers and run your fingertips through the hair. This is easier for me to use than a gel.
I can't recreate the magic that I receive in the salon, but I think this works for me. I use Aveda hair products and have been pleased. Their shampoos and conditioners do an excellent job of cleaning, refreshing, and nourishing my hair and scalp; this is a great way to finish the primping.

The best thing about Aveeda is that they use so many natural botanicals in their formulas. This justifies the expense because they truly require less to be effective and actually benefit your hair.
I love the smell of Aveda products. In using only a dime sized amount, this should last you for a little bit!

I love Aveda products! I have never tried this, but am a huge fan of the rosemary mint shampoo! I also have to say, that I also can never get the look at home to reproduce the salon magic! I think they add magic dust there or something, lol.
