I Did! and I would again ;)
My husband and I dated for more than 8 years when he asked me to marry him, I was shocked and thrilled!
We were walking at the state park like we always do and out of nowhere he proposed. We were happy together but had both been married before and wanted to not go through another divorce, so I guess you could say we took our time.
The following weekend we went all over looking for the perfect rings. The last place we stopped at was Little Gold Mine here in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, the last place I really expected to find what I wanted.
When I saw my set I knew it was the one! Pictures do not do them justice, his is 14 kt with 1 and 1/4 kt diamonds, pave' stones. Mine has a 1 kt round center stone and 1 kt smaller pave' stones. His is yellow gold,while mine is white gold with 4 yellow gold bar accents.
We got the three rings for less than $3000.00 which surprised me, but the owner is good friends with my now in laws. My husband latter bought me another eternity band that matches the wedding band.
The stones are so clear and beautiful and I am so proud of them. I love the way the sun hits them and they sparkle. These are my most prized possessions and I would take nothing in the world for them.
