Beautiful Wicker Chairs
I bought these beautiful wicker chairs at Target for my daughter and her husband for their anniversary. She only wanted wicker chairs and Target seemed to have the best prices.
I swear I looked at every wicker chair they had in the store. I felt like one of the three little bears trying out each one with different cushions to find the "just right" chair. I'm sure everyone was laughing at me as I took each one and lined them up in a row to examine the quality and comfort of the wicker chairs. I found this one totally by accident. I had already put two white wicker chairs in my shopping basket when I noticed these sitting off to the side of the department.
I lifted one off the top of the stack and sat it down on the floor. This one came with a cushion! The dark chocolate Madaga Wicker Chair was the winner! The quality of this wicker chair is awesome. The cushion is a bright orange color with a nice pattern. (see picture)
This chair was different because it was a bit wider than the other ones and it leaned slightly back. Most of the other wicker chairs were formed to make you sit up straight. This one was more relaxing. The back of the chairs come above your shoulders. I was able to sit in the chair and lean my head back to rest it on the top of the chair. Nice!
This chair is made of an all weather resin wicker. It can be used for indoor or outdoor use. They measure 37" H x 29 1/2" W x 30 1/2 " D. The tag says it will resist fading and mildew. I will have to wait until the end of the summer to update my review on that matter. Cleaning this chair is simple. Just wipe it down with a wet cloth and dry completely. I wouldn't suggest using bleach on this chair because of the color (dark brown).
The cushion that comes with the chair is a bright orange fabric that has been treated to resist fading and mildew also. To clean the cushion the tag says to use a damp cloth with some mild soap for spot cleaning, again no bleach because of the color (orange).
I think she's really going to love these!

Those do, indeed, look very nice. I am always impressed with some of the good things Target offers.
These look beautiful. I love Wicker and I really like the darker color. Orange is my favorite color. I am sure she is going to love these.

Well how nice are these? I don't think I have seen wicker in black before.
I know they look black in the picture but they are actually a dark chocolate brown color. I took them in natural sunlight and they still turned out darker than they really are.
Or dark brown I should say. Usually its tan or white.

Great find! And I love that you said you can rest your head on the back of the chair. Doesn't everyone need to be able to do that when they are relaxing in a wicker chair!

I love that you lined all the chairs up and compared all of them! :o) I would do the same thing I am sure! Target has great patio furniture. I found a set of rocking chairs there last summer but never saved up enough money to get them so I missed out. ($150 a chair but they were amazing). :o) I hope your daughter loves the chairs!

I don't blame you for inspecting each chair to the fullest. You want to make sure you get what you pay for. I also love the fact that they are the wider chair. I hate feeling snug to a chair , makes me feel very overweight. I like to be comfortable.
Love this feature of your chair: weather resin wicker and can be used for indoor or outdoor use. Thus making them so versatile and can be put anywhere in the home , be it outdoors or indoors.

Very nice set of chairs . Wicker can really improve the decor of a patio. I am looking at some deck furniture ideas for the wood furniture products we make . These look really descent, and the price is fair. We try to build to fit the personal decor ideas of each customer, but havent tried to do wicker yet. :)
