Now I can't remember EVERYTHING but I will tell you about my experience while taking them and some of the information about the product.
These vitamins did not give me a head ache when I took them (other vitamins have) even if I took them on an empty stomach. They have never upset my stomach either. The tablet are pretty large and a little hard to swallow.
Now I will say that at first they did make me a little jittery which I hear is common if you you are not used to taking spirulina and wheat grass ( super foods). It was not anything over powering or sickening ..just noticeable.
It took about 3 days for me to really FEEL an energy difference. Usually about 3pm in the afternoon I am low energy and dragging. I noticed that I was not dragging or feeling run down and could get through my day feeling good and with adequate energy. Don't get me wrong this is did not give me that run, run , run energy. It just made a nice natural normal energy level last.
I do have a hard time remembering to take pills..actually I hate taking pills. I have quite often forgotten to take them..especially when you have to take them 3 times a day.
So theres been many times that I took2 in the morning ( at the same time)and I got the same results as if I took all 3.
I notice pretty quickly if I don't take them. I've forgotten a few times . The energy runs low although it did take a couple days to feel it.
The recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day. These are also available in veggie capsules( smaller easier to swallow) but you have to take 6 a day if you chooses the capsules.
They are also available in the no iron added form.
Women generally need more iron than men so I used the with iron added.
These vitamins are made for easy digestion and absorption into the bloodstream. It is said on the package that the tablets "disintegrate up to 5X faster than other leading brands, and when tested were the only ones to completely disintegrate in 20 minutes. Which is the proper time to ensure maximum absorption into the body."

UPDATE:
I just recently ordered these Alive vitamins online from vitapal and I only paid about 22.00 for 180 tablets! This is the best price I've found so far! I also ordered 90 V-capsules (easier to swallow) for my mother in law and those were only $7.00. GOOD PRICES THERE!!!

These are very very good vitamins Jessie. And I definitely would be taking them. But I have systemic lupus and alfalfa is a known trigger for lupus. I cannot for the life of me, figure out why they put alfalfa in these fine compounds. With some 3 million women suffering with SLE, you'd think they would have found something different.
You are right! You would think that with all the spirulina and wheatgrass and all that they could find a way to leave the alfalfa out!
Wow! These look terrific! Right now I'm taking just a general multi, extra C, and some amino/omega. It looks like I could cut some of the fat and take these--saving a little money in the process. I've been looking for something to boost my energy also. I really appreciate the details you've included here. I'll be purchasing these on my next vitamin run.
Oh gosh, I'm sold! I take Juice Plus and it is $40 a month for the combined juice and vegetable pills. They did keep my dad's blood up during his chemo treatments, but what you described, I think these would have generated the same results. I'll have to print this out and compare them side by side, but JP is really expensive and they make you sign up for a subscription to receive them monthly, which I HATE. Thanks for bringing these to attention.
