School, Work, Family, friends and extra curricular activities. These really occupies your daily time after the end of the day you are very tired and not feel like going to the gym at all. School really occupied a lot of my time so I don't have a lot of time to drive to the gym for extra 40 minutes a day round trip. So, my husband and I decided to buy an elliptical machine for our house. He exercise in the morning and I exercised in the evening. We both love this equipment. There is a built-in heart rate monitor , 15 to 30 degrees CrossRamp, Heart Rate Telemetry with Chest Strap. QuickStart, Smart Rate, and it also has 2 user ID memory. Preco EFX5.31 really help me keeping my body fit every day.
I highly recommend this Precor EFX5.31 if you are too busy to go to the gym every single day.

I thought this is another way for me to keep in exercise going even though I skip going to the gym :)
Eliptical is better than treadmill because this doesn't put too much pressure on your knees. Which is why I prefer to use eliptical than treadmill even when I go to the gym.
I have an elliptical but it is not as nice as this one. I really do enjoy mine though.

We have these at our gym... they are so awesome! I work out on them for like an hour because they are way more fun than treadmills.
