I am a Gatorade fan. I found out early that gatorade is great after a good workout. I have problems with keeping my electrolyte levels balanced. Gatorade is good for that problem.
So when I saw the T.V. commercial for Gatorade A.M., I was definintely going to try it. It wasn't less that a day later that I found this drink in my nearest grocery store. If this drink was good for the morning, it would be just what I needed.
So I took the first taste after I chilled it in the refrigerator. Umm. Not bad. I took another sip. The combination of orange-strawberry burst in my mouth.
One of the reasons I like this gatorade is that it does taste best in the morning. It goes well with breakfast: bacon, eggs, and hash browns.
So it is definitely in my cupboard. And, I am drinking one now.

I could never stomach Gatorade no matter how they tried to disguise it. Since they've added some new flavours, maybe it's more doable. I do know it is best tasted ice cold, to minimize the salty undertaste.
That's Okay Lexxia... I am trying to get myself around this website... :-) I drink Gatorade and the A.M. version because I have to be low sodium on most of my food, but I start having extreme cramps. So I always keep gatorade around. My nephrologist told me to drink gatorade when I had cramps. Also, the hubby needs to drink more liquid. He drinks more liquid if it is gatorade or cool-ade. Funny, eh? So if you are having dry mouth... gatorade might not be what you need.
